99% of IT folk (managers, resources and their victims) believe it's
inevitable that IT projects are late. Supporting survey data (you know the one)
has been passed around more often than illicit materials at a Grateful Dead
concert.
But there is an approach that causes projects to be brought in, complete
and on-time, time after time, in 25% to 50% less than the conventionally scheduled
duration (which itself is a LOT less than the usual actual time). It's been well
proven. It's used by some "biggies." But it's still little known. And it offers
you an incredible advantage.
